Sun Devils fall to Ohio in quarterfinals

Arizona State's run in the national tournament ended in the quarterfinals on Sunday, when the No. 11-seeded Sun Devils lost to No. 3 Ohio, 5-3.

ASU jumped out to a 2-0 lead after one period, but Ohio struck for five goals in the second period to spark the win.

Joe Schweiger had two goals in the loss.

The Sun Devils end the season with an eighth-place finish in the nation.
